1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Lensky website, mobile experience, AR try-on tools, appointment booking, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Lensky ("we", "us", or "our") operates an eyewear retail platform offering frame catalog browsing, virtual try-on, in-store and home-visit appointments, prescription eyewear orders, and delivery within our published service areas.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you should use the Services with a parent or guardian's consent where required by law.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

3. Products, pricing & prescriptions

Product images, descriptions, and AR try-on previews are for guidance. Actual colours, fit, and lens appearance may vary. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and may change without notice until an order is confirmed.

Prescription orders require valid prescription details. You are responsible for the accuracy of prescription information you submit. We may contact you to verify details before production. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear incorrect, fraudulent, or non-compliant with applicable law.

4. Appointments & home visits

Appointment slots (store or home visit) are subject to availability. Home visit offers, including complimentary frame try-on quantities, apply only within our published service radius and while the promotion is active.

You agree to provide a safe, accessible location for home visits and accurate contact details. We may reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather, safety, staffing, or operational reasons, with reasonable notice where possible.

5. Orders, payment & delivery

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order confirmation (email or in-app) indicates acceptance. Payment must be completed using our supported payment methods before production or dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and depend on lens type, prescription complexity, and logistics. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Inspect your order on receipt and contact support within the period stated in our returns policy for defects or transit damage.

6. Returns & cancellations

Return and exchange eligibility depends on product category, customization, and hygiene requirements (e.g. contact lenses). Custom prescription lenses and personalized products may not be returnable except where required by law or due to manufacturing defect.

To request a return or cancellation, contact support@lensky.shop with your order number. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Virtual try-on & technology

AR try-on and recommendations are provided for convenience and do not guarantee fit, comfort, or medical suitability. They are not a substitute for professional eye examination. Always consult a qualified optometrist or ophthalmologist for eye health and prescription needs.

You grant us a limited licence to process images or camera input solely to provide try-on functionality, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes;
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems;
• Upload malicious code or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• Resell products obtained through the Services without our written permission.

9. Intellectual property

The Lensky name, logo, website design, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use permitted by law.

10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant order in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Patna, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection forums where applicable.
